    • Minimum datacap no less than 5 GB/month.
    • Minimum downstream bandwidth no less than 512 Kbps.
    • No time restrictions.
    • Links to home page and plan pages should be available.

  • Deals and contracts are ignored except in circumstances where there is no other alternative.
