Hello,

Please do not take this as a complaint, instead visualise the scenario a student faces - specially during the exams time.

For the last fortnight, my daughter keeps complaining of the net not functioning - sometime its after 11 pm or at 1.45 AM (she is busy to send out her exam project papers online), which concerns her performance.

Would request you to please see into this perpetual problem - these are the hours when we look forward to hassle free functioning of the internet. At times it gives me the feeling your technical department playing erratic, till yoru office people collect the payment. Hope such tactics are well plugged to be avoided.
