Reliable

These are the guys I use when I'm in India and have found BSNL to be reliable. They could offer better plans for sure, but off the lot that I've tried, they have been the best. While I can't say that it's true in developed countries, DSL in India is a lot more reliable than cable.

I am currently on their unlimited plan.
